Hello! We are Jo Hilton and Caroline Sanders, and we met whilst working at a major chain of family and kids portrait photographers. It didn’t take us long to recognise that we were both there for the same reason - to learn how to do it. As soon as it became apparent we were outperforming the company's expectations, we decided we had to find a better way of working - for ourselves and for our customers.

Between us, we have a combined 20 years of photographic experience. Caroline holds a BA(Hons) in Photography, whilst Jo left school to work for a large photography company specialising in large groups and organisations.

Hilton Sanders Photography opened in August 2008 at our studio at the Oulton Institute. Since then we have worked with local families and businesses of all sizes, developing a reputation for a friendly approach and professional results in all of the genres we work in.

We're proud of our studio, and we love our photography. That's why we put our names on the business.
